LACMA Art & Film Gala Event

All that glitters is not gold!” This saying came true when our love-filled stars emerged on the red carpet to honor Quentin Tarantino and Barbara Kruger. The event, presented by Gucci, was held at Los Angeles County Museum of Art on November 1st, 2014. Most stars chose to glamorize designer collections by Gucci.

Bold and beautiful black remained the color of the night as many celebrities were draped in slimming black gowns. Jennifer Jason Leigh went modest and floral with her outfit, while Demi Moore displayed a train and a high collar. Jennifer Tilly chose shiny embroidery on her dress to grab attention, and Marg Helgenberger’s hair best complemented the black dress she wore.

The other popular star colors were white and pastels. Dakota Johnson, Kate Hudson, Selena, Kate Beckinsale, Michelle Rodriguez and Salma Hayek were the most noticeable in their dresses.

Something new and something blue, this is what clicked most with these stars. Jennifer Lopez, Camilla Belle and Amy Adams wore blue color outfits impeccably and managed to steal the show. Kim Kardashian stood out from the crowd in blue as she posed with Kanye.

The other celebrities who gave us a striking star studded pose included Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, Patricia Arquette and Eric White.

In terms of dresses, the name that came up most was Florence. She continued her unique trend and went all floral. Her multi-colored outfit was adorable and not everyone has the guts to wear gracefully, and pull off so easily.

Which celebrity stole your heart? Share with us your ranking for the best and worst dressed stars. We look forward to hearing from you.
