Another mesmerizing style of Angelina Jolie! This time it’s the cover page of Marie Claire January 2012 issue.
She looked extremely gorgeous in a blue sweater, staring the camera with her spell casting eyes and an extravagant gold ring. The gorgeous diva talked about December 23rd release of her directorial debut ‘In the Land of Blood and Honey’, her social life, possible marriage to partner Brad Pitt, wanting to move away from acting and her six children.
On her experience of writing her directorial debut she said, “It began as a private exercise, an excuse to get out some of my frustrations with the international community and justice issues.” The movie is about the story of love, war and betray. She said that she is not very social and it was a good experience for her to work with other girls.
On asking about moving away from acting, she said, “…I woke up one day realizing, God, I’m an actor. I don’t think I intended to be an actor. I think my mother wanted it for me. I loved telling stories, and I enjoyed the profession, but is it too late to be something else?“
She also talked about her super cute twins Knox and Vivienne. “Knox is very much a dude. Very physical, tough! He loves dinosaurs and swords. She [Vivienne] is so elegant and delicate. Vivi will pick flowers from the garden and put them in her hair. She likes to get her nails done and collects stuffed animals. It’s very funny for me to buy all things pink and watch princess movies!”
Angelina is not just a glamour icon; she is equally famous for her social work. Earlier she collaborated with designer Robert Procop on her jewelry line that benefited the education of children living in conflicted regions. And now her upcoming movie features the Yugoslavian war of 1990s.
Her jewelry line that includes a diamond choker she wore in The Tourist, a faceted black necklace she wore at the German premiere of Salt, a 27 carats Gem Colombian emerald ring she wore during the shooting of her new movie and her favorite emerald necklace was a big success. And now we hope she will successfully top the chart of Hollywood directors too.
